Give the gift of fitness with our personalized functional fitness classes Sessions feature exercises such as bodyweight movements, interval training, circuit work, cardiovascular exercises and other exercises that will make sure your whole body is always on the go. Movements in this program are constantly varied, scaleable, and performed at high intensity. No equipment? No problem! We offer tons of alternatives for you to choose from making this program beginner-friendly. Private Classes are suitable for
- Beginners who require extra guidance in order to execute the movements properly
- Individuals who prefer to schedule classes based on their personal time
About your Experience Jockey (XJ):
Formerly known as Avant Garde Fitness. We have been in operation since November 2016 and has since been offering distinct programs that caters to specific goals of our clients. We are currently a virtual functional fitness studio that aims to bring Fitness closer to home by providing convenient and accessible functional workouts to our clients.
- 1 consultation session with your assigned trainer
- 10 class session Valid for 1 month
- Sessions are held thru Zoom and can be accessed through your mobile or laptop
Need to know:
- Be sure to have a strong internet connection. Video and audio quality may be affected if your connection is weak.
- Enter the waiting room 15 minutes prior to class to give yourself extra time to warm up and catch up with fellow students.
- You may need a PVC pipe / Resistance band or Long towel for some warm up movements.
- Prepare either dumbbells, kettlebell, resistance bands or loaded backpack for the class.
- Prepare your Yoga / Exercise mat, Towel, and Water bottle and get ready to Sweat!
