Give the gift of peace and relaxation with a private and personalized 60-75 minute Vinyasa Yoga class that is customized to accommodate your body’s needs. Vinyasa means 'to place in a special way,' as we link our breath with our movements. Also known as Vinyasa Flow, as we flow smoothly from one posture to another. With Yoga with Pia: Personal Yoga Sessions, you do yoga your way; whether it is with a group or on your own, your place of work or at home. We adjust to your time, your space, and your pace.

Pia is a Certified Vinyasa Yoga Instructor with 500 hours of certification and continued education. Whether one-on-one or with a group of family and friends, you can expect not only a methodical and systematic approach, but a creative and progressive technique to movement and sequencing that is safe and skilful.

Need to Know:
- This is good for a one-on-one session or a group of 2-10 pax.
- All sessions are online
- Please prepare yoga mat, water and wear comfortable clothes
