Bodyweight/ Kettlebell Class
These classes will enable you to have a good quality workout anywhere in 30-45 minutes. You will learn to exercise and train with just your bodyweight or with a piece of kettlebell to lose fat and gain strength. Cardio strength training is a great way to to train for fat loss if you have limited time and equipment
About your Experience Jockey (XJ):
I'm Migie Felizardo and I have been in the sports and fitness industry for almost 10 years. I have graduated with a Sports Science degree and have multiple international credentials like the NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition Coaching, IKSFA Kettlebell Sport Level 1 and more. Also, I contribute online content and articles for several Philippine magazines and websites like Multisport PH, Pinoyfitness, Swim PH, Train Active PH, Unilab Active Health etc. It is my goal and passion to help people to enjoy exercise/training and learn proper strength training to help them achieve their sports and fitness goals.

Need to know:
- Ready your exercise mat, towel and water bottle for the bodyweight class.
- Prepare an 8-12kg Kettlebell for women and 10-16kg Kettlebell for men for the Kettlebell Class.
